Gill brings a wealth of experience to her practice, combining a strong background in education, mental health support, and the arts with a passion for evidence-based holistic wellbeing. Her warm, grounded approach creates a safe, supportive environment in which to unwind and heal.

Experienced in coordinating group and one-to-one support, Gill has an understanding of individual needs and how to tailor care. She has led domestic abuse recovery services for children and young people, and represented the voluntary sector in multi-agency planning teams - deeply informing her compassionate and trauma-aware approach to holistic health.

As a qualified therapist, Gill offers intuitive and therapeutically sound treatments. She was first certified in Swedish Massage before training in Reflexology and Acupuncture. She holds a PG Certificate in Counselling and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy takes the lead in her integrative toolkit as she blends professionalism with genuine empathy, and supports the health concerns of the whole person - mind and body.

Real Clients, Real Care

Professional care, evidence informed practice, real outcomes.

‘Sense of overwhelm now 1. Wellbeing a 4. Feel less anxiety, panicky, something inside calms it down. Less distracted, so going to sleep, feeling refreshed on waking. Prioritising important things and passing on from stuff I don't need. Thank you, it’s wonderful what you are doing.’

Auricular Acupuncture for Mental Health

‘Having vaped for 10 years, I needed help to stop. A little dubious but willing to try, I went for hypnotherapy and I’m so glad I did. I haven’t vaped since, the habit still pops into my head but I’ve not had the craving. I definitely recommend it if you need that extra bit of help.’
